The invention discloses a ureteroscope which comprises a ureteroscope body and a ureter pushing sheath clip, wherein the ureteroscope body comprises a cone section and an operating channel section; the operating channel section comprises a light source connector, an eyepiece end, a water inlet channel, a water outlet channel and an operating channel; a water inlet switch is mounted on the water inlet channel; a water outlet switch is mounted on the water outlet channel; the ureter pushing sheath clip comprises a left blade and a right blade which are respectively mounted to the outer walls of the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel through a ring-shaped connector; the ring-shaped connector can freely rotate on the outer wall of the water inlet channel or the water outlet channel. The ureteroscope has an improvement that the ureter pushing sheath clip is placed under direction vision, so that the ureter pushing sheath clip can be more easily and safer placed at a relatively ideal position of a ureter, and the risks such as operation failure and ureter damage caused by blind placement can be avoided; besides, the psychological burdens on a patient are reduced, the operation difficulty is lowered, the operation precision is improved, and the safety and the availability of a treatment process are improved.
