Summary: | A kind of new method is used in synthesizing ethyl benzene by gas-phase ethylene-benzene catalytic alkylation method using AF-5 molecular sieve, it is composed of the low-pressure and low-temp. reaction being carried on in multiple stage reactor in which is filled with catalyst and the ethylene-benzene is delivered in. The mentioned multiple stage reactors are accomplished from much in series reactors, where each reactor may switch over out from the system one by one in proper order after the catalyst reactivation as a final stage and returning again into the system. Owing to exercise a moderating influence on whole reaction conditions, the catalyst reactivation is only in need of normal pressure and constant rate of oxygen in progress, and may effectively prevent the temp. traversing etc. |
