The invention relates to an internet-of-things-based intelligent household mobile phone APP control system comprising a mobile phone APP (1), a data server (2), an application server (3), a database server (4), a central control host (5) and an intelligent furniture system (6). The central control host (5) is connected with the data server (2); the data server (2) and the application server (3) are connected; the application server (3) is connected with the database server (4) by an internal network; the mobile phone APP (1) is connected with the data server (2) and the application server (3); and the central control host (5) is connected with an intelligent household system. According to the invention, all units can be operated manually and traditionally on the premise that no mobile phone APP operation is carried out; and states of all intelligent household systems can be fed back to the APP in real time both in mobile phone APP operation and hand-operated states. Moreover, the system has advantages of compact structure, convenient usage, high automation degree, and high adaptation and humanization.
