Summary: | The invention discloses a multifunctional testing platform and method for relay protection testing. A chassis and caterpillar tracks are connected by rubber vibration isolators. Bearings are used to connect a tester protecting shockproof platform and tripods which are fixed on the chassis. A control module adjusts the friction force by controlling a stepping motor so that a testing platform is stabilized in the same horizontal plane. Meanwhile, the revolution speed of the caterpillar track is controlled through controlling a DC motor to keep stable operation of a device. An ultrasonic sensor is arranged in an electrified region, which is isolated to ensure the safety of testers. A power module is powered by a battery. The power module has two circuits, one of which supplies power to the platform in a DC-DC manner, and the other one of which supplies power to a tester for testing in a DC-AC manner. In transformation station on-site protection testing, a tester is heavy and is hard to move around easily by people especially in an on-site environment with stories. The testing platform enables a high-precision on-site relay protection tester of a transformation station to easily accomplish movements such as automatic obstacle crossing and stair climbing while keeping steady without any bumpiness. |
