Summary:The invention discloses a raw coke oven gas sensible heat recycling device with a special-shaped water jack. The raw coke oven gas sensible heat recycling device comprises a rise tube heat exchanger. The rise tube heat exchanger further comprises a rise tube inner cylinder, a rise tube outer cylinder, the special-shaped water jacket and water jacket partition plates. The inner side of the rise tube inner cylinder is hollow and used for circulation of raw coke oven gas. The outer side of the rise tube inner cylinder is sleeved with the rise tube outer cylinder. The special-shaped water jacket is arranged between the rise tube inner cylinder and the rise tube outer cylinder in a surrounding manner. The special-shaped water jacket is divided into multiple sets of vertical channel water jacket bodies trough the water jacket sleeve partition plates. Each set of vertical channel water jacket bodies is arranged in an N shape and the sets of vertical channel water jacket bodies are connected end to end. Heat exchange media are contained in the vertical channel water jack bodies. The heat exchange media move in the vertical channel water jacket bodies up and down back and forth to form N strokes and conduct heat exchange through the rise tube inner cylinder and the raw coke oven gas in the rise tube inner cylinder. By means of the raw coke oven gas sensible heat recycling device, the raw coke oven gas sensible heat is recycled effectively by enlarging the heat exchange area of a whole heat exchange device and prolonging the heat exchange time of the heating media.
