The moxa smoke treatment cart comprises a smoke collecting tube, a smoke combustion tube, electric heating tubes, a wetting tube, water spraying tubes, a sewage bucket and a gas exhausting tube, wherein the moxa smoke is collected through the smoke collecting tube, combusted through the smoke combustion tube and the electric heating tubes again, and wetted through the wetting tube and the water spraying tubes, and smoke-water waste is collected through the sewage bucket. The moxa smoke treatment cart has the beneficial effects that operation is convenient, the moxa smoke emitted to the air can be directly collected, and the moxa smoke treatment cart can be used in combination with other moxibustion apparatuses; and the CO and other volatile oil ingredients, which can not be dissolved into water, in the moxa smoke are combusted again in a smoke combustion manner to form the CO2 or a mixture which can be dissolved into water, and the moxa smoke treatment efficiency is improved.
