Summary: | The invention provides an efficient intelligent frost valve which comprises a valve body, as well as a valve element and temperature sensors arranged in the valve body, wherein the vale body comprises a valve body outer layer and a valve body inner layer in contact with a medium in the valve; the valve body inner layer comprises a thermal-protective layer in contact with the valve body outer layer and a heat transmission layer in contact with a heated medium; after the corresponding two ends of the thermal-protective layer and the heat transmission layer are fixedly connected respectively, a heat conduction oil accommodating cavity is formed between the thermal-protective layer and the heat transmission layer; a heater is arranged in the heat conduction oil accommodating cavity; thermal energy is transmitted through heating conduction oil; the conduction oil has the characteristics of uniform heat transmission, stable heat quantity and high heat transmission speed and is safe and reliable to use; a plurality of mounting grooves are formed in the valve body outer layer; a temperature sensor is mounted in each mounting groove in a clamping manner; the signal output end of each temperature sensor is connected with the signal input end of a control device; the signal output end of the control device is connected with the signal input end of the heater; the efficient intelligent frost valve carries out real-time monitoring and temperature compensation on the temperature of the medium in the valve and realizes intelligent freeze prevention. |
