The invention discloses a claw type dry pump which comprises a shell. A plurality of claw type rotor sets are arranged in the shell. An air inlet pipe and an air exhaust pipe are arranged on the shell. Each claw type rotor set comprises an air inlet rotor and an air outlet rotor, wherein an air inlet rotor cavity is formed in the air inlet rotor in a hollowed-out mode, an opening is formed in the air inlet rotor cavity from the inner side of the tip of the air inlet rotor, an air outlet rotor cavity is formed in the air outlet rotor in a hollowed-out mode, and an opening is formed in the air outlet rotor cavity from the outer side of the tip of the air outlet rotor. The front portion and the rear portion of the shell are connected with an oil storage tank through oil supply pipes respectively. A gear pump mainly composed of an oil supply gear and a supporting shaft is arranged in the shell. A pre-exhaust opening is formed in the shell. The claw type dry pump has the advantages that the structure is simple, the weight of rotors is decreased by forming the air inlet rotor cavities and the air outlet rotor cavities, the sucking rate of the pump is increased, the oil film bearing is formed by supplying oil through the gear pump, and the service life is prolonged.
