Summary:The invention discloses a method for corrosion of a Ni-Mn-Si-Cr alloy. The method comprises the specific steps that firstly, corrosive liquid is prepared, wherein the corrosive liquid is prepared from 10 ml of water, 10 ml-15 ml of concentrated nitric acid, 20 ml-30 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 1.0 g-1.2 g of copper sulfate; secondly, the corrosive liquid is dripped to a corrosive face of a ground and polished Ni-Mn-Si-Cr alloy metallographic specimen, wherein the specimen exceeding depth of the corrosive liquid ranges from 2 mm to 5 mm, and the corrosive time ranges from 1 min to 3 min; thirdly, distilled water is used for flushing the surface of the specimen, wherein the flushing time is longer than 2 min; and fourthly, alcohol is used for flushing the surface of the specimen, and absorbent cotton with alcohol is used for wiping the surface of the specimen. According to the method for corrosion of the Ni-Mn-Si-Cr alloy, metallographic corrosion is conducted on the corroded Ni-Mn-Si-Cr alloy, the grain contrast in the corroded metallographic specimen is obvious, and a grain boundary line is clear; and meanwhile, insufficient corrosion and the overetching defect are avoided, and the metallographic structure of the specimen can be rapidly and efficiently obtained through corrosion of the corrosive liquid.
