Summary: | The invention discloses a PBS (Poly Butylene Succinate)/carbon material composite wire for 3D (Three-dimensional) printing and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: 1, a formula comprises 70 to 80 percent by weight of PBS, 2 to 50 percent by weight of a carbon material, 0.1 to 0.5 percent by weight of a chain expander, 0.1 to 0.5 percent by weight of a cross-linking agent, 0.1 to 2 percent by weight of a nucleating agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent by weight of a heat stabilizer, 0.2 to 1 percent by weight of an antioxidant and 0.2 to 1 percent by weight of a lubricant; 2, the preparation method comprises the steps of (1) drying, (2) weighing, (3) high-speed kneading, (4) melt extrusion, (5) cooling drawing, and (6) rolling bundling. A high molecular material applicable to the 3D printing is prepared from completely-degraded biological materials namely the PBS and the carbon material. Compared with a conventional PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) wire, the high molecular material has lower printing temperature, higher tensile strength and flexibility, is applicable to multiple 3D forming technologies, and has a broad application prospect in the field of the 3D printing. |
