Summary:The invention discloses a high-strength low-press-deformation oil-resistant valve sealing ring. The sealing ring is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 50 to 70 parts of high wear-resistant carbon black, 10 to 30 parts of semi-reinforced carbon black, 5 to 15 parts of ester plasticizer, 1 to 2 parts of anti-aging agent TMQ, 3 to 5 parts of active zinc oxide, 0 to 0.5 part of stearic acid, 3 to 5 parts of coumarone, 1 to 3 parts of vulcanizer, 1 to 2 parts of thiazole promoter, and 1 to 3 parts of triallyl isocyanurate. According to the formula mentioned above, optimal material performances can be obtained: the hardness is 70 to 80, the tensile strength is not less than 21.0 MPa, the elongation rate is in a range of 200 to 350%; the material can tolerate a temperature of 100 DEG C for a long term, and the compression permanent deformation is less than 10%. Compared with the prior art, the provided sealing ring has the advantages of high strength, low press deformation, and good oil resistant performance, and can better meet the requirements on oil resistant performance and sealing property.
