The invention relates to a wire distributing and winding device, in particular to a three-direction-adjustable wire distributing and winding device and belongs to the technical field of wire distributing and winding. The three-direction-adjustable wire distributing and winding device comprises a fixing plate. A direction differentiating main guiding wheel is arranged on the upper portion of the fixing plate. The two sides of the direction differentiating main guiding wheel are provided with a first direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel and a second direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel respectively. The first direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel is connected to the lower end of a first direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel adjusting frame. The upper end of the first direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel adjusting frame is connected with a direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel fixing frame through a first adjusting bolt, and the direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel fixing frame is fixed to the fixing plate. The second direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel is connected to the lower end of a second direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel adjusting frame. The upper end of the second direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel adjusting frame is connected with the direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel fixing frame through a second adjusting bolt, and the direction differentiating auxiliary guiding wheel fixing frame is fixed to the fixing plate. The three-direction-adjustable wire distributing and winding device is simple, compact and reasonable in structure and capable of improving the wire winding efficiency and guaranteeing stability and high efficiency when wire rods of different diameters are wound into a wire winding disk; and the reject ratio of products is reduced, and the wire winding quality of the wire rods is improved.
