The invention discloses a paper feeding device stable in conveying. The paper feeding device comprises a front installation plate and a rear installation plate. Two parallel guide columns are arranged between the front installation plate and the rear installation plate, and the plane where the guide columns are located is the horizontal plane. A sliding plate capable of axially moving along the guide columns is arranged on the guide columns in a penetrating manner. A pin is arranged on the rear installation plate. A guide hole opposite to the pin is formed in the rear side face of the sliding plate. The pin can be inserted into the guide hole. A paper conveying part is arranged on the upper portion of the sliding plate. An installation block is arranged on the front side face of the sliding plate. A connecting rod is hinged to the end of the installation block. The connecting rod is hinged to the upper end of a swing rod capable of swinging in the vertical plane, the lower end of the swing rod is hinged to a base, and the middle of the swing rod is hinged to a piston rod of an air cylinder arranged horizontally.
