Summary: | The invention discloses a double-fork alternate brick stacking manipulator and relates to alternate brick stacking manipulators. The double-fork alternate brick stacking manipulator aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that ceramic bricks are orderly stacked manually, manually-stacked bricks are out of order, the efficiency is low, and labor cost is high. According to the double-fork alternate brick stacking manipulator, a left baffle and a right baffle are symmetrically installed on the inner left side wall and the inner right side wall of a brick feeding support, and a rear baffle is installed on the rear side wall of the brick feeding support; a first brick stacking manipulator body and a second brick stacking manipulator body are sequentially and vertically installed in a frame body; a sliding table assembly is installed in the middle of the frame body; fork arm air cylinders are installed at the upper ends of lifting air cylinders; fork arms are horizontally arranged and connected with the tail ends of the fork arm air cylinders, and the fork arms can be inserted into a plurality of moving holes; a sliding table air cylinder is installed at the lower end of the brick feeding support; one end of a sliding table fork plate is connected with the tail end of the sliding table air cylinder, and a plurality of grooves matched with the fork arms are formed in the sliding table fork plates. The double-fork alternate brick stacking manipulator is used for brick stacking and conveying. |
