Summary:The invention relates to a scraper conveyor scraper used for a coal mine, in particular to a non-metallic material and metal core plate composite type scraper used for the coal mine and a manufacturing process. At present, all existing scraper conveyor scrapers used for the coal mine are of low-alloy-steel overall structures. The manufacturing process includes the steps of die forging forming, machining and thermal treating. Materials which are used are generally 40Mn2 or 27SiMn. The non-metallic material and metal core plate composite type scraper used for the coal mine is formed by compositing non-metallic materials and a metal core plate. The metal scraper is improved into the non-metallic material and metal core plate composite type scraper formed by compositing the non-metallic materials and the metal core plate, the production process is changed to be achieved by placing the forged metal core plate in a mold, directly pouring the non-metallic materials and conducting forming instead of conducting forging and machining, the process is simplified, the weight of parts is greatly reduced, the production cycle is greatly shortened, and installation loads of a scraper conveyor used for the coal mine are greatly reduced.
