The cutter rod and the cutter body are fixedly connected into a whole. The spacer sleeve and the bearing are arranged in an inner hole of the cutter body. The core shaft is arranged in an inner hole of the bearing. The rear cover is fixedly connected with the right end face of the cutter body through the screws, and the bearing is positioned. The gland, the wheel and the mark cover are sequentially arranged at the left end of the core shaft. The gland is fixedly connected with the core shaft through the bolts for locking positioning. The bevel angle of the outer diameter end face of the mark cover and the outer diameter end face of the gland is 13 degrees. The wheel is made of hard alloy. The cross section of the cutter rod is in a quadrangle shape, the left face and the right face of the cutter rod are planes, and the upper face and the lower face of the cutter rod are both 1-degree conical faces.
