Summary: | The invention discloses a laser welding gas shielding device. The laser welding gas shielding device comprises an installation substrate used for being fixed to a laser welding head and a nozzle clamping mechanism connected to the installation substrate. The nozzle clamping mechanism comprises a clamping arm for clamping a nozzle. The clamping arm comprises a height adjusting arm for adjusting the height of the nozzle. The installation substrate is provided with an installation hole coaxial with the laser welding head, and the laser welding head can pass through the installation hole. The nozzle clamping mechanism is installed on the installation substrate by rotating in the axis direction of the installation substrate. In the use process, if the nozzle and a welded workpiece intervene when variable-angle welding seams and arc welding seams are welded, the nozzle clamping mechanism can be adjusted to rotate relative to the laser welding head, so that the nozzle avoids the intervening portion of the welded workpiece, normal welding is not affected, and the welding efficiency is improved. |
