Summary:The invention relates to an oral targeted carrier system based on yeast capsules and a preparation method of the oral targeted carrier system. The system comprises the yeast capsules and nanoparticles with positive charge on the surface, wherein the yeast capsules adopt hollow structures containing beta-1,3-D-glucan on the surface, and the hollow structures are obtained through acid, alkaline and organic solvent treatment of yeast such as saccharomyces cerevisiae, hanseniaspora uvarum, hanseniaspora guilliermondii, issatchenkia orientalis, pichia kluyveri, pichia membranefaciens, metschnikowia pulcherrima, rhodosporidium, candida and the like; the nanoparticles with positive charge comprise quantum dots with positive charge on the surfaces, iron oxide nanoparticles with positive charge on the surfaces, drug-loaded nanoparticles with positive charge on the surfaces, nanomicelles with positive charge on the surfaces and the like. During preparation, hollow yeast capsules are added to the deionized water or a buffer solution, the mixture is incubated at the constant temperature after the hollow yeast capsules are uniformly dispersed, a nanoparticle solution with positive charge is added, the mixture is continuously incubated at the constant temperature after the nanoparticle solution is uniformly dispersed, the mixture is centrifugally washed after a supernatant is clear and then is dried, and the oral targeted carrier system is obtained. The preparation method is simple, and the cost is low.
