Summary:The present invention provides an irrigation emitter. The irrigation emitter comprises a top cover and a pedestal, the top cover is provided with a water inlet while the pedestal is provided with flow passages, at least one filter elements are disposed between the top cover and the pedestal and are made of a water swellable rubber, and filtering holes coordinating with the flow passages are formed in the filter elements. The filter elements are introduced into the irrigation emitter, and a stacked net structure is formed by the filtering holes by utilizing expansion of the material of the filter elements and by extrusion, thus to ultimately form a micro net-type filter, such that filtering precision is greatly raised; and the size of the filtering holes in the filter elements is close to that of grids of a conventional irrigation emitter filtering window, and the irrigation emitter is not restricted by processing conditions and precision and is simple and convenient in processing technique.
