Summary: | The invention relates to an electricity meter SMT double chip mixed reflow soldering apparatus comprising a SMT reflow soldering machine, two chip mounters, and a conveying device. A single conveying chain is arranged between the output port of one chip mounter and the input port of the SMT reflow soldering machine. A first conveying chain, a second conveying chain, and a third conveying chain are successively arranged between the output port of the other chip mounter and the input port of the SMT reflow soldering machine and are used for conveying a carry tool. The third conveying chain is in parallel with the single conveying chain. A first turning table is arranged between the first conveying chain and the second conveying chain. A second turning table is arranged between the second conveying chain and the third conveying chain. Stopping devices are disposed on the output ends of the first conveying chain and the second conveying chain and are used for stopping the carry tool from sliding. By means of the conveying chains and the turning tables, the efficiency of the chip mounters and the SMT reflow soldering machine fully functions. The stopping devices may achieve fast positioning when the carry tool turns to enter the next conveying chain, thereby increasing conveying efficiency. |
