Summary:The invention discloses an intelligent online detection method, system and device for defects of fine-blanked parts. The method includes the following steps that when the fine-blanked parts on a conveying belt reach a camera shooting region, an optoelectronic switch is triggered, and a camera is started to carry out shooting; pretreatment including pixel-level edge detection is carried out on images of the parts, whether the parts have the defects or not is initially judged, and if the parts have the defects, the images of the parts are transferred to an image buffering region; aftertreatment and judgment are carried out after the images in the image buffering region are extracted, if the defects exist, the sizes, the area and the corresponding positions of the defects are calculated, the largest height of defect crack zones is calculated, if the largest height of the defect crack zones is larger than a preset value, it is regarded that the parts have the defects, and if the largest height of the defect crack zones is smaller than the preset value, it is regarded that the parts are qualified. According to the intelligent online detection method, system and method, the machine vision technology and the fine-blanked part technology are combined, the surface defects of the fine-blanked parts can be identified, and detection efficiency and detection accuracy are improved to a great degree.
