The invention discloses a fresh air machine based on a wind tunnel effect. The fresh air machine comprises a wind tunnel body, and a shell covering the wind tunnel body, wherein one end of the wind tunnel body is an air inlet, and the other end is a reduction air outlet; an air reduction port provided with a negative high voltage electrode is arranged in the wind tunnel body between the air inlet and the reduction air outlet; multiple negative high voltage electrodes are inclined in the center of the air reduction port through a mounting frame mechanism, and are positioned in one cross section; emit ends of the negative high voltage electrodes are inclined to the direction of the reduction air outlet; included angles between the negative high voltage electrodes and the axle of the wind tunnel body are within 5-900 degrees; and an inlet fan is arranged in the air inlet. The fresh air machine is reasonable in structural design; generated negative oxygen ions with high concentration are conveyed to a quite far space to be breathed by persons; generated ozone is low in concentration; and more negative high voltage electrodes are not needed, and filter screens are not needed, so that the structure of the fresh air machine is simplified.
