Summary:The invention discloses a soaping process for natural fiber cotton fabric and a soap activator. The soaping process for the natural fiber cotton fabric comprises steps as follows: (1), water is drained after dyeing; (2) the cotton fabric is washed with water for 5-10 min at the temperature of 60 DEG C and the water is drained; (3), acid neutralization is performed at the temperature of 40 DEG C, and the pH (potential of hydrogen) is 6-7; (4), soap activator is added after the temperature is increased to 60 DEG C, the cotton fabric is washed with soap for 15-20 min at the temperature of 90 DEG C-98 DEG C, and water is drained; (5), the fabric is washed with cold water for 5-10 minutes and the water is drained; (6), the fabric is washed with cold water for 5-10 minutes and the water is drained. The soap activator consists of 33wt% of a non-ionic surfactant, 42wt% of an anionic surfactant and 25wt% of an enzymic preparation. The comprehensive cost of the soaping process can be remarkably reduced with the adoption of the soap activator, and the competitiveness of a factory in the same industry is greatly improved.
