Summary: | The invention discloses a kit for quickly detecting sinotype deletional thalassemia based on a hydrolysis probe method. The kit comprises a pair of primers DBT-F and DBT-R amplifying DBT alleles in beta-globin gene clusters and a fluorescent probe DBT-Prob for specific detection of DBT-F and DBT-R amplification products, wherein the DBT-F is 5'-GGGTGAGGAACAATTGAA AC-3', the DBT-R is 5'-ACCACATCCCTAACACAAC-3', and the DBT-probe is 5'-ROX-ACTATCA CACCCTGCTTACCTCTGATGGA-BHQ-2-3'. The kit can be used for achieving detection of DBT deletional thalassemia alleles through single-tube one-time reaction and has high sensitivity, stability and accuracy and higher specificity. |
