Summary:The invention discloses a synthesis process of nanometer macromolecule ecological wood. The wood is prepared from 40%-60% of wood powder, 25%-35% of macromolecule resin powder, 8%-10% of nanoscale light weight calcium, 4%-6% of coupling agents, 3%-5% of release agents, 5%-6% of silica powder and 5%-8% of aluminum oxide fire retardant. Compared with the prior art, an interface layer coupling technology of wood fibers and macromolecules adopted in the synthesis process means that aiming at lowering surface free energy of wood fiber surface materials and eliminating hydrogen bonds, a wood fiber material surface esterification, graft copolymerization and surface link-coupling technology is adopted, and the free energy on the surfaces of the wood fibers is regulated and controlled to a level approximate to that of free energy on the surfaces of the macromolecules. The synthesis process is based on a chemical principle of 'similarity and compatibility', the problem of surface polarity difference between the wood fiber materials and the macromolecules is solved, and the ecological wood interface coupling is achieved.
