The high-flexibility high-electric-property wire/cable insulation material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent RD, 3-8 parts of zinc oxide, 0.1-1 part of stearic acid 2-12 parts of softening agent, 5-15 parts of processing oil, 1-3 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane, 80-130 parts of calcined argil, 1-5 parts of rheological agent, 2-5 parts of dicumyl peroxide, 1-3 parts of triallyl isocyanurate and 1-3 parts of toner. The high-flexibility high-electric-property wire/cable insulation material provided by the invention has the characteristics of low elastic modulus, low softness, high elongation, high resistance, high breakdown field strength, ozone resistance, thermal aging resistance and the like, is beneficial to enhancing the bending properties of the wire/cable, and is an excellent insulation material for manufacturing 6kV and 10kV wires/cables for high-voltage electrical equipment interior wiring. |
