The invention provides a preparation method of an aqueous dispersion of colorized polymer monodisperse nanospheres. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly polymer monodisperse nanospheres are dyed by utilizing disperse dyes to obtain a colorized nanosphere polymer, adding nitrilotriacetic acid, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid or sodium citrate into the dispersion, then regulating the pH value to be 8-9, and dispersing again by utilizing an ultrasonic cell disruptor.
