Summary:The invention provides a crown structure of a pure-oxygen combustion glass melting furnace and a coating production method thereof. The crown structure comprises an arched part and a crown corner part, wherein two ends of the arched part are supported at the upper end of a breast wall of the pure-oxygen combustion glass melting furnace; the crown corner part is arranged between the two ends of the arched part; a crown block, a heat insulation layer and a coating are arranged from the outside to the inside of the arched part in sequence; the heat insulation layer is formed by splicing heat insulation bricks which are made of zirconium dioxide fibers; the crown block is fixed to the heat insulation layer; a chromic oxide coating is arranged on the inner surface of the heat insulation layer. The crown structure of the pure-oxygen combustion glass melting furnace can be constructed on the basis of the existing crown; the heat insulation layer and the coating capable of insulating heat, resisting high temperature and resisting corrosion of alkaline liquor are respectively arranged on the inner wall of the crown structure; the damage to the crown caused by pure-oxygen combustion can be reduced; meanwhile, the infrared reflection of the heat can be facilitated, so that the radiation heat transfer of the flame to the glass liquid can be improved; the heat efficiency of the pure-oxygen combustion glass melting furnace can be improved.
