The invention provides a zip-top can with a cover. The zip-top can with the cover comprises a zip-top can body. An easy-to-pull ring is arranged on the can top at the top end of the zip-top can body. A cover body with the shape same as that of the can top is arranged on the can top and connected to the zip-top can body through a rotating shaft. The cover body rotationally covers the can top through the rotating shaft or is hung on the outer side of the zip-top can body. A fixing device used for fixing a straw to the zip-top can body is arranged on the outer side of the zip-top can body. The zip-top can with the cover has the beneficial effects that the cover body is arranged so that the problem that after the easy-to-pull ring is pulled open, drink which is not drunk up is exposed through a hole in the can top and accordingly is contaminated can be solved, and because the cover body and the zip-top can are connected into a whole, it is avoided that the cover body is left about and the environment is polluted; and the fixing device used for fixing the straw to the zip-top can is also arranged, and therefore the straw can be conveniently used.
