The method comprises the steps that a binding request sent by a target application program is received and comprises information of a to-be-bound electric power vehicle charging service platform and a user account of the target application program; binding is carried out on the electric power vehicle charging service platform and the user account according to the binding request; and the charging service information of an electric power vehicle is inquired according to the bound user account of the target application program. By means of the inquiry method and device, the problem that in the related technology, information interaction between a user of the electric power vehicle and charging facilities cannot be achieved is solved.
