The invention discloses a novel die head for producing reinforcing rib compound screen cloth. The novel die head comprises a core sleeve, a die sleeve and a die orifice, wherein the core sleeve comprises an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve; a hollow-core channel penetrating through the inner sleeve is formed in the inner sleeve; a flow pass I is formed between the inner wall of the die sleeve and each of the two side walls of the outer sleeve; the die orifice is formed in the lower end of the die sleeve; a flow pass II is formed in the die orifice; the flow pass II is communicated with the flow passes I. During the use process, the screen cloth can enter the hollow-core channel to be compounded with a film, the flow passes I at the two sides finally can be combined and communicated with the flow pass II; the compound process is achieved inside the die head, so that compared with the traditional device, the novel die head has the following advantages: during adhesion, no air interferes, and the environment is closed, so that after adhesion, the product is flatter and smoother; the screen cloth is heated by using afterheat of a machine head, high pressure composite is adopted, the adhesive strength of the screen cloth and the film is higher, and the property is improved, procedures are reduced, and the cost is reduced.
