Summary: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a formaldehyde-free medium and high density fiber panel, and relates to the technical field of artificial panel manufacturing. The manufacturing method includes the following operation steps: chipping, screening, stewing softening, hot grinding, water-proofing agent applying, glue applying, drying, winnowing, paving, hot pressing, cooling, sawing the panel into a stock panel, and identifying and packaging according to requirements. In the manufacturing process, release agent mixed liquid, isocyanate glue and a paraffin emulsion water-proofing agent are applied, the formaldehyde emission is 0.3 mg/100 g and is lower than formaldehyde amount which is 0.5 mg/100 g and exists in the wood. Compared with the prior art, the problem that when an existing medium and high density fiber panel is used in an indoor drying state, formaldehyde emission exists is solved. |
