The invention discloses a drill bushing and a drill jig with the same. The drill bushing and the drill jig with the drill bushing are used for machining large-angle small holes. The drill bushing comprises a drill bushing body made of hard alloy. A special-shaped portion is arranged at the first end of the drill bushing body, and a drill bit protrudes out of the drill bushing from the special-shaped portion; the end face of the special-shaped portion is an inclined face, and a machining hole is formed in the drill bushing body in the axial direction of the drill bushing body. The drill bushing is made of hard alloy and better in rigidity and abrasion resistance, can better protect the drilling jig and prolong the service life of the drill jig, and therefore machining cost is reduced. In addition, the special-shaped portion of the drill bushing can match the drill jig and the structure of a part to be machined, and a locating function is achieved; the drill bit can be guided through the machining hole in the drill bushing, and the vibration energy of the drill bit in the drilling process can be reduced; and therefore, machining stability is improved, and a machined hole is higher in precision and better in use performance.
