The invention discloses a drilling device with a variable drilling diameter. The drilling device comprises a base, a gear disk and a drilling mechanism, wherein the gear disk is mounted on the base; the drilling mechanism is mounted on the gear disk; a drill bit is mounted on the drilling mechanism; a translation mechanism and a lifting mechanism are arranged between the gear disk and the drilling mechanism; a hollow part through which the drill bit can pass is formed on the base and the gear disk; the drill bit can move along the width direction of the gear disk through the translation mechanism; the revolution of plane of the gear disk can be realized by rotating a gear rod; the linear movement of a sliding block can be realized by rotating the gear rod; the vertical linear movement of the drill bit can be realized by rotating the gear rod; a magnetic base is arranged on the base, so that a local fixing function for working space can be achieved. The functions of varying the drilling diameter of the drill bit and fixing the drilling route in the metal machining are realized by the drilling device with the variable drilling diameter, the limitation of changing different-diameter drill bits for drilling holes with different hole diameters is settled, and the flexibility and applicability of the drilling machine are increased.
