The invention discloses a drying device used for wood box paint spraying and having the dust removal function. The drying device is characterized by comprising a dust removal chamber, a paint spraying chamber, a drying chamber, a cooling chamber and a conveying device; the conveying device is a guide rail which sequentially penetrates the dust removal chamber, the paint spraying chamber, the drying chamber and the cooling chamber; the dust removal chamber comprises an air compressor and a dust suction air cover connected with the air compressor; the cooling chamber is connected with a waste gas purifying module; and a controller is connected with the dust removal chamber, the paint spraying chamber, the drying chamber, the cooling chamber, a waste gas purifying module and the conveying device. According to the drying device used for wood box paint spraying and having the dust removal function, dust, suspended small particles and other pollutants in air can be adsorbed to the surface of a wood box where paint is to be sprayed and thus become factors affecting the quality of the wood box in the post-processing process; and in order to improve product paint spraying quality, it is specially needed to perform dust removal processing on the wood box where paint is to be sprayed before paint spraying, and the dust removal effect is obvious.
