The present invention achieves a good quality supply of parison by continuously holding a parison discharged from an extrusion die while maintaining an appropriate state of tension. A parison supply device (1) for continuously supplying parison sections (Ps) of a specified length from a parison (P) discharged from an extrusion die (10) to a blow molding die, wherein: the device is provided with multiple tension chucks (2) and a tension chuck-moving unit (3) for moving the multiple tension chucks (2); the tension chuck-moving unit (3) causes the individual tension chucks (2A, 2B) to perform the repeated action of grasping the parison (P) at a first position (I) near the extrusion die (10) and moving to a second position (II) separated from the extrusion die (10); and after the following tension chuck (2B) grasps the parison (P) at the first position (I) before the preceding tension chuck (2A) is separated from the extrusion die (10) by a set distance (L) at the second position (II), the parison section is supplied to the blow molding die.
