Summary: | The invention provides a current capacity solving method of a transmission wire inflection point based on a temperature field and a layered stress. The current capacity solving method comprises steps: (1) performing temperature field calculation of a wire layered structure; (2) performing calculation on a wire sag geometrical property and an axial force; (3) performing layered stress calculation of the wire; and and (4) performing current capacity calculation based on the wire temperature field and the layered stress. According to the current capacity solving method provided by the invention, temperature differences between different layers of the wires of a wire structure are considered; a coupling analysis model of a layered temperature and the layered stress is established; the stresses and the sages of multi-class transmission wires under different operating conditions are accurately outputted; a problem of "tension inflection point" of the transmission wire can be studied; and via controlling a key parameter, a purpose of guaranteeing transmission wire security operation is achieved. |
