Summary:The invention discloses a compact bedrock surface porosity determination method and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a compact bedrock sample, wherein the upper surface of the sample is coated with a conductive metal film, and the lower surface of the sample is uncoated with the conductive metal film; fixedly arranging the sample on the sample table of a field emission scanning electron microscope by using a conductive adhesive cloth, and allowing the lower surface of the sample to contact the sample and the upper surface of the sample to be connected and electrically conducted with the sample table; carrying out vacuum pumping on a sample chamber in which the sample table is positioned, and turning on the electron beam switch of the field emission scanning electron microscope to make excited electrons bombard to the upper surface of the sample in order to obtain the scanning electron microscopy image of the upper surface of the sample; determining the micro-pore growth zone of the scanning electron microscopy image according to the electric conduction difference between the micro-pore growth zone and an imporous compact zone; and determining the percentage of the area of the micro-pore growth zone in the scanning electron microscopy image accounting for a whole vision field area as the surface porosity of the sample. The method and the apparatus solve the problem of unable obtaining of the compact bedrock surface porosity through perfusion of colored epoxy resin, and realize accurate determination of the compact bedrock surface porosity.
