Summary:The invention discloses a coal mine misfired cannon searching instrument which comprises a signal transceiver, a data processing unit and a displayer. The signal transceiver is used for transmitting radar wave detection signals and receiving recognition code signals sent by misfired cannons, the data processing unit is used for processing the received recognition code signals, and the displayer is used for displaying the number and positions of the misfired cannons. The signal transceiver is provided with a plurality of transmitting circuits for transmitting detection signals of different frequency bands. The data processing unit determines the distance between the searching instrument and the misfired cannons according to the signal transceiving period of the transmitted and received signals, and controls the signal transceiver to switch the transmitting circuits when the distance between the searching instrument and the misfired cannons is decreased so as to decrease the frequency of the transmitted radar wave detection signals. The signal transceiver is provided with the very-high-frequency, high-frequency, medium-frequency and low-frequency transmitting circuits. The coal mine misfired cannon searching instrument is easy to operate, convenient to carry and capable of adapting to selecting different frequency band working modes, meanwhile, the number and positions of the misfired cannons are determined, positioning is accurate, and the environment and distance adaptability is improved.
