Summary: | The invention relates to a three-column groove housing inner cavity positioning mechanism which comprises a fixing base, a positioning spindle, a positioning block and a signal disc. The positioning spindle is supported on the fixing base in a rolling manner. A positioning plate is installed at the upper ends of multiple guiding columns and is in sliding fit with the guiding columns. An outer circle baffle is installed on the positioning plate. The positioning block is fixedly connected with the positioning spindle. The positioning spindle is sleeved with the signal disc and is supported upwards through a compression spring, and the upper supporting face, extending upwards, of the signal disc is in contact with the lower end face of the outer circle baffle. The positioning spindle and the positioning block rotate through a rack and gear mechanism driven by an air cylinder. The sliding stroke of a cylindrical rack can be adjusted through a limiting adjusting bolt so that precise positioning can be achieved. A detection switch is arranged to detect the position of a workpiece to be positioned.
