The invention discloses a preparation method for a plastic woven bag enhanced and modified by using a hollow structure, and relates to the preparation method for the plastic woven bag. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, mixing and drying materials: feeding the following materials in parts by mass of 100 parts of polypropylene (PP), 5 to 15 parts of toughening agent, 0.2 to 0.8 part of antioxidant, 5 to 20 parts of filling enhancer and 0.5 to 2.5 parts of coupling agent into a high-speed mixer for mixing; secondly, extruding and winding; thirdly, cutting and sewing: cutting produced qualified woven fabric produced in the second step into woven fabric with a certain length dimension by a bag cutting machine, and preparing the woven fabric into the plastic woven bag by using an industrial sewing machine. Aiming at the defects of poor toughness, low strength, poor weather resistance, short service life and the like of the current packaging bag, and by combining research progress of an enhancing and modifying technology of the plastic woven bag, the novel plastic woven bag enhanced and modified by using the hollow structure, prepared by the method, is provided; according to the novel plastic woven bag, tensile property, puncture resistance, drop resistance and ageing resistance of the woven bag are greatly improved.
