Summary:The invention discloses a desulfurized fly ash slag building material product and a production method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: mixing desulfurized fly ash with slag fine powder according to a ratio of 1:0.25-4, adding water accounting for 20-30% of the total mass of the desulfurized fly ash and the slag fine powder to produce a test block, putting the test block in a curing box, and curing for 24h; carbonizing the cured test block on the basis of guaranteeing the water content to be 25% in a carbonization reaction kettle for 2h; and putting the carbonized test block in water, and curing for 24h to obtain the building material product with excellent performances, such as masonry bricks, built bricks and floor tiles. The building material product can be used in building engineering. The production method has the characteristics of simplicity, low cost and high production efficiency; and the desulfurized fly ash slag building material product produced in the invention has the advantages of high compressive strength and good stability, and can substitute cement or clay products. The desulfurized fly ash slag is greatly used, and a large amount of the slag is used and is changed into valuables, so the method is of great significance to save land resources, protect environment, improve the quality of the building engineering and realize sustainable development.
