An air purifying device having a ventilation hole includes a support frame (1), a plurality of air filtering column units arranged therein, and an air inlet channel (7) which is arranged on the bottom of the support frame (1). Each air filtering column unit includes a filter core cylinder portion (9), a spline groove portion (94) which is coaxially and fixedly connected to the upper end of the filter core cylinder portion (9), and a threaded portion (93) which is coaxially and fixedly connected to the lower end of the filter core cylinder portion (9). The filter core cylinder portion (9) includes a plurality of filtering units which are distributed in the axial line of the filter core cylinder portion (9) and are equal in height in the direction of the axial line, wherein each filtering unit is provided with two breathable filtering windows (91) at a distance of 180 degrees in a circumferential direction, and two non-breathable connection sections (92) at a distance of 90 degrees with the two breathable filtering windows respectively in the circumferential direction.
