The invention discloses a centrifugal self cleaning filter, of which a shell is internally provided with a rotary shaft, a filter element sleeves the rotary shaft and comprises an upper support plate and a lower support plate at intervals, at least two filter nets arranged at intervals are arranged between the upper support plate and the lower support plate, filter pores of the at least two filter nets are increased in sequence from the inside wall facing the shell of the rotary shaft, and a filter water chamber is formed between the adjacent filter nets; the upper support plate and the lower support plate are provided with flowing holes communicated with the filter water chamber, the filter water chamber and corresponding flowing holes form a cleaning passage, and an elastic press plate device for selectively blocking the cleaning passage is arranged between the upper support plate and a top cover and between a bottom plate of the shell and the lower support plate respectively. The centrifugal self cleaning filter can effectively filter and kill ocean organisms and can effectively clean filtered materials on the filter nets, thus reducing maintenance cost and improving production efficiency and benefits.
