Summary: | The invention relates to a compound lotus leaf health product. The compound lotus leaf health product is prepared from 0.5-1.5kg of lotus leaves, 0.1-0.3kg of spirulina, 0.1-0.3kg of poria cocos, 0.05-0.15kg of haws and 0.05-0.15kg of liquorices. A preparation method of the compound lotus leaf health product includes: (1) making the lotus leaves into lotus leaf extract powder; (2) processing the spirulina to obtain extract II and spirulina residues; (3) processing the poria cocos, the haws, the liquorices and the spirulina residues to obtain extract III; (4) subjecting the extract II and the extract III to vacuum drying and smashing to form mixture powder; (5) making the lotus leaf extract powder and the mixture powder into compound lotus leaf capsules, compound lotus leaf effervescent granules or compound lotus leaf effervescent tablets. The compound lotus leaf health product is reasonable in design, and since the product is in forms of capsules, effervescent granules or effervescent tablets by addition of effervescent auxiliary materials, the product is convenient to take orally or take with proper warm water while spleen-stomach protection is realized, and the bitter taste of lotus leaves can be covered to achieve better effects. |
