The invention provides a pair of pneumatic type high branch fruit thinning scissors. The pair of pneumatic type high branch fruit thinning scissors comprises a scissor part, wherein the scissor part comprises a fixed cutter arm and a movable cutter arm hinged with the fixed cutter arm; a connection end of the fixed cutter arm is connected with a hollow pipe and the other end of the hollow pipe is connected with an air source; the hollow pipe is provided with an air feeding mechanism and an air exhausting mechanism; the hollow pipe is internally provided with a compression spring; one end of the compression spring is fixed in the hollow pipe and the other end of the compression spring is provided with a piston; the piston is hinged with a connection rod; a groove is formed in the hollow pipe; the connection rod penetrates through the groove to be hinged with the movable cutter arm; and the thickness of the piston is greater than the length of the groove. By taking high-pressure gas as a power source, the operation saves labor and the trimming action is rapid; a whole structure is light and convenient and has no structures which scratch branches and fruits; and the travelling direction and the angle position of the fruit thinning scissors can be conveniently adjusted and operated. The trimming efficiency of flower thinning and fruit thinning can be improved, the operation is simple and convenient and is effortless, the trimming action is rapid and the acting force is enough; and the whole structure is compact and firm and does not cause damages to fruit peels.
