The invention provides an intelligent product-based power supply system and a power supply method thereof. In the power supply system, an external power supply interface module supplies an external direct current power to the power supply system, and a mobile power supply module is charged by the external direct current power and then transmits the power to a power supply management module. The power supply management module powers up all function modules under the control of a main control module. At the same time, with the cooperation of the power supply management module, the main control module monitors and controls the running state of the mobile power supply module and the running state of a built-in battery module. The built-in battery module powers up the main control module. The built-in battery module also powers up all the other modules when the mobile power supply module cannot supply power normally. A sensing module acquires the sensing information and then transmits the sensing information to the main control module. The main control module judges whether to power up function modules or not according to the sensing information. The intelligent charging process of the built-in battery module is controlled by the main control module, so that the built-in battery module is always in the saturation condition. In this way, the power supply security of the system is improved.
