The invention relates to information management field and discloses an intelligent signing method and device. The signing device retrieves an electronic express bill to be signed in advance, and the retrieved electronic express bill is displayed via a man-machine interaction interface. After the signing device detects the hand input characters in a preset area of the electronic express bill, the hand input characters are converted into standardized-form characters that are displayed in the man-machine interaction interface for a person for signing to confirm the standardized-form characters, and after the signing device receives the confirmation of the standardized-form characters by a user, the electronic express bill including the standardized-form characters and the hand input characters is saved. In this way, an express deliveryman only needs to import the electronic express bill of a package to be delivered into the signing device in advance, and carries the signing device for users to sign. The operation is convenient, a signed express bill can be prevented from being lost, and the standardized-form characters corresponding to the hand input characters are saved, and the condition of hard identification of poor handwriting on the sign bill can be prevented.
