Summary: | The invention relates to a system component based on accomplishing measurement of the heat conductivity coefficients of to-be-tested samples with different thicknesses. The system component comprises a heat insulation cylinder and a tester. The heat insulation cylinder is arranged horizontally, and is provided with an electric heating sheet, a first copper sheet, a to-be-tested sample, a second copper sheet, a semiconductor chilling plate and a radiator that are closely attached from left to right. The electric heating sheet is equipped with a hot end supply hub and a hot end temperature control sensor, the first copper sheet is provided with a hot end temperature sensor, the second copper sheet is equipped with a cold end temperature sensor, the semiconductor chilling plate is provided with a cold end temperature sensor, and the radiator is provided with a cold end supply hub. The hubs and the sensors are in connection with the corresponding interfaces on the tester. The system component provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and short measurement time, adopts horizontal setting, and avoids the problem of uneven heat dissipation on the upper and lower surface of a heat dissipation disc, thereby making the measurement result more accurate. |
