The device includes a fixed spring button, a spring leaf, a slider-crank mechanism, an excitation source, and a control mechanism, one end of the spring leaf is fixed on the fixed spring button, and the spring leaf winds the fixed spring button from the end, the crank end of the slider-crank mechanism is rotationally connected with a rotary shaft and rotates around the rotary shaft, the middle part of the crank of the slider-crank mechanism is fixedly connected with the other end of the spring leaf, the rotary shaft is coaxial to the fixed spring button, the other end of the crank is connected with the connecting rod of the slider-crank mechanism, the excitation source is connected with the other end of the connecting rod of the slider-crank mechanism and is driven by the connecting rod to move, and the control mechanism is connected with the excitation source and controls the excitation source to move.
